By accessing or using Dev Tools ! ("the Service") at devtoolzy.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. The Service is operated by Cosyslabs.

2. Description of Service

Dev Tools ! is a collection of free, browser-based developer utilities — encoders, formatters, cryptographic tools, generators, and more. The vast majority of tools run entirely in your browser; no data is sent to our servers. Some features (AI chat, newsletter subscription, contact form) require a network connection.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape excessively, or disrupt the Service.
• Transmit malicious content or engage in phishing.
• Circumvent or abuse rate limits on API or network-dependent features.
• Use the Service for any purpose harmful to others.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service's source code is open-source under the MIT License where noted. Logos, brand assets, and written content are the property of Cosyslabs and may not be reproduced without permission. Tool outputs generated by the Service belong to you.

5. Privacy

We are committed to your privacy. Most tools run client-side and process no data on our servers. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. Cryptographic tool outputs should be validated independently before production use.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cosyslabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed €100.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate optional third-party services (Cloudflare, Google Analytics with consent, AdSense with consent, Cloudflare Turnstile). Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be noted on this page with a revised date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Cosyslabs' registered jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
